Lazy Lazy

I have not been feeling well lately. I had fever, vomiting and also having some skin problem. Ah ma brought me to the vet and now I am feeling slightly better but still feeling weak. I hope I can recover fast because this coming Tuesday is aunty Roxy 8th birthday. Ah ma is going to cook the yummy roast lamb for us. She also ask Joni kor kor (her office staff) to buy the special snack for us from Bangkok.

Peking Duck

This is the super yummy Peking duck from Imperial Treasure Super Peking duck restaurant in Paragon.

Ah ma knows that we all love the duck very much, so she will dine there with gong gong and my 2 ah yis every week. Even Tua Yi who doesn't eat duck loves this dish very much. Ah ma will pack the duck back for us. Ah ma told us that a few years ago, she and gong gong attended aunty Christine's wedding dinner with the ex-President of Singapore Mr Wee and his wife. During the dinner, Mr Wee requested for the waitress to a pack the Peking duck which they could not finish back for their dog, Lucky. Lucky is indeed a very lucky dog.


Alot of people may think that it's unhealthy for us to eat Peking duck and fried chicken. Ah ma always removes the skin and fats. She will also make sure that the meat that we are eating is not salty. We seldom fall sick. Ah ma said that it is better to be a happy dog who lives a shorter life than a miserable dog that lives a long life. I totally agree with her. We are very well taken care of by DH who loves us very much. She treats us like babies. Sometimes, she spends so much time playing with us in the afternoon that she neglects her work. I will pester her to play with us in the evening after she finshed her work. Ah ma is very happy when she sees us playing together with DH. We are indeed very lucky compared to the poor neighbour's dog, a Jack Russell who is being tied up at the car porch throughout the day. It's terrible especially during day when it's very hot.

I am very happy and excited too. We did not finish our dinner when ah ma told us that she would bring our favourite duck-duck for us tonight. We miss eating Chef Chan fried chicken too. We have not eaten that for more than 2 weeks. I hope gong gong will bring some home for us.

Happy and Properous New Year to all my family and friends. My Ah ma has been very busy cooking for the first and second day of CNY.

We have alot of relatives visiting us. Luckily, ah ma is not working this whole week so she can spend more time with us. We are also very tired because we have been barking alot at the relatives's children who like to disturb us.

Ah ma went to Bangkok before the CNY holiday. She bought a lot of snacks for us. Ah ma said that the snack in Bangkok is very cheap. The snack that ah ma always buy for us cost $4.60 here but she paid 45 baht which is less than $2 in Bangkok. If your mummy goes to Bangkok, ask her to buy the snack for you. Ah ma bought the snack at a departmental store called Zen. They sell alot of pet food and accessories there. If she has the time, go to Chatchuchak market. It's even cheaper there.

All these snacks will last for at least two months. Will ask di yi to bring some for daddy when she visits him.

Uncle Jonathan told di yi that daddy has a new girlfriend. They have just bought a 4 months old poodle that has the same color as mummy. Anyway, mummy look sweeter and prettier than her.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY

Mummy celebrated her fifth birthday today. Ah ma came back from work early to cook the special stewed lamb with vegetables for us.

Mummy was very disappointed because she was hoping to eat her favourite Chef Chan fried chicken. Ah ma always cook lamb for our birthday.

Since mummy did not finish her dinner, Gong gong wanted to give her a surprise present. He asked Chef Chan to prepare the fried chicken for mummy. Mummy couldn't believed it when she saw the chicken.

After eating the chicken, mummy was very happy and she was smiling whole night. Ah ma and gong gong love us very much. They will do anything to make us happy. We are indeed very lucky.

Aunty Gabby

Surprise!! I just found out that I have become aunty Gabby. Peaches's mummy has just informed Tua Yi that Peaches has given birth to 6 puppies some time this year. So, Ah ma.. you are a tai ma now. Mummy is grandma Nikki and aunty Roxy is a grand aunt. I can't wait to see my nephew (her mummy kept 1 puppy). Chewy kor kor is the father.

Peaches jie jie gave birth to 6 puppies, 4 boys and 2 girls. (Mummy gave birth to 7 puppies and 2 died) Like mummy, she had to go through C-section because the second puppy was too large for natural delivery. Luckily, all her puppies survived. Her puppies were all black except for one that's a little brown and they are all miniature poodles.

Wow! Today, Peaches jie jie's mummy sent her pictures to ah yi. She's a great dog and her mummy and daddy love her very much. She's intelligent, playful and loving at the same time. She's still afraid of strange/sudden noises and very wary of strangers but she will give undivided attention to her family just like me. Ah ma is very happy that all the 5 babies have found good homes and are all well taken care of by their families. We have good genes from our mummy Nikki and daddy Miki. They should have more babies so they can bring joy and happiness to the people who love and treasure dogs.

Happy Birthday!

October was a long and miserable month for us. Ah ma has been feeling down and she was not in the mood to organise a party for us. As usual, ah ma prepared a roast leg of lamb with vegetables and pasta on my birthday. We enjoyed the food very much. Ah ma also bought a toy and my favourite snacks for me. The following day, she brought home a big packet of Chef Chan's fried chicken for us. Wow, we have put on alot of weight recently due to the yummilicious food. Ah ma has also done alot of baking recently and we enjoy eating all the cake crumbs from the floor. I wish ah ma will spend more time with us during the weekends.

Mummy is very happy because she knows that we will be eating the yummilicious lamb for lunch. Ah ma will be in a good mood whenever she sees mummy smiling in the morning.

Mummy and I went grooming today. The groomer told ahma that mummy had an ear infection on her right ear and skin problem on her right paw. Ah ma applied Revolution for us. It prevents ear mites and skin infection. We have to use it every month and this is very expensive. Thank you ah ma for all your love and kisses. We promise to be your obedient and faithful babies forever.
